My Macbook has the intel chip, so I have both Mac OS X and Windows XP installed on it. I've heard good things about Parallel before, but I've never personally used it.
Im trying something called VMware right now which lets me run windows without exiting my mac so i can do both at once, but i think i may settle on bootcamp still

Just run Boot Camp Assistant from your computer and install Windows XP on it. Although you will have to provide a Windows XP install disc.
Because if you're wanting to run Street Fighter 4, you're not gong to want to do it from am emulated Windows environment like Parallels. If you can get your hands on Windows XP, use Boot Camp and install it on your HD.
