Hey, my LittleBigPlanet 2 won't patch... It gets stuck at 61%-69% and says something about an error. Help?
Error code number please? 8013030 ? You could try going to your PS3 Game Data Utility and then delete all the LBP2 data. Your game saves are in another section so you won't lose them. But if you are somewhat insecure about doing that, send an email to Sony, they usually respond quickly.
Some people are saying Max Payne 3 is the best game so far this year while others are saying it's just plain mediocre.
I think I'm going to wait for a price drop.
considering how every game released on 360/PS3 so far this year that I've had the slightest interest in has been an apparent dissappointment for one reason or another (I really hoped NeverDead would have been amazing), both of those opinions seem completely valid and possible (it's the best game among a sea of dissappointment or it's just like all those other games).
At least it's been an easy year on my wallet. Tales of Graces f is the only new game I've bought so far (though I'm still on track to pick up Armored Core V). Now I just got one game on the Wii, PSP, and 3DS each to pick up this year, and I'm golden. Might even have enough for Persona 4: Arena and Persona 2: Eternal Punishment in the fall.
So got 400 free Microsoft points today and wanted to know what you guys though of the walking dead? Pretty familer with both the show and the comic so that's no barrier to entry.
WAT!

I loved Episode 1 and can't wait for Episode 2. The interaction between characters is alot like Mass Effect with you deciding what to say and do with your choices effecting the story. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it.
They would have had the money to do an MMO if Amalur wasn't a complete commercial bomb.
It sold 300,000 or so copies in the first week. That's pitiful. Too many people waiting for price drops or second hand sales because a new IP is a risky buy.
Yeah the timing was a mistake and I fear the same thing will happen to torchlight 2. So if the studio does down the state of Rhodes Islands owns the Amalur IP and what ever else 38 was working on. The bigger thing is by the end of this a lot of poppet will lose there jobs while Schilling's will sot back on hos millions and go on as normal. You'd think he would use some of his own moneys to pay off the debt and contuine to pay his employees like the the higher ups at Obsidian Entertainment did. Instead the check to the state bounced a lot of the temps and internee got fired and the main staff aren't receiving payment anymore.

I go to 6 different review sites, and the game ranged from Fantastic to average. Joystick gave it a 100, IGN gave it a 90, RPGamer gave it an 80, Gamespot gave it a 75, Edge gave it a 60. RPGFan had it reviewed by 3 different people and all their opinions differed greatly. Most of these are big websites that I'm sure others go to. That's what I meant by Mixed reviews. Fan reaction seemed mixed as well. I heard just as many people saying it was bad or boring as there were ones saying it was the greatest RPG ever created. Contrast this to Skyrim being universally adored, and I think there were enough people put off from it just from reviews and word of mouth.
My only real complaint was that it's a bit on the easy side. I mean after you build up to a certain level you can pretty much take on anything with out much trouble. That said I found the game play to be a blast.
