Seeing all these Killzone 3 ads on the buses of London make me wanna try it out when I get home, ha ha.
Oh and are there any tactical RPG games similar to Fire Emblem on PS3? Just got Shadow Dragon and I'm loving it!

London's full of adverts...just like Brummie and Manchester. XD

I saw the advert for it but remain unimpressed.

Oh and Valkyria Chronicles...although it is more a TPS/SRPG.

@MickeyMac: Been told Yakuza 4 plays like 3 only you have 4 characters to choose from. I still haven't played my new copy of the last game yet.

I am more interested in the spin-off really.

My Starloggery

Main Final Fantasy & Quest/Shinobi Team fan...but I do like many SEGA games and a few Nintendo games.

I can be cute if I want to be, but I choose not to...as it's not my style.

Get the FIRST AND SECOND Arc the Lad games on PSN! They're probably my favorite SRPGs now.

What's wrong with Arc Arena?

What's wrong with Arc the Lad III?

@Starlight

I see, if that's true I'll probably get Yakuza 4 when I purchase and finish Yakuza 3. I was just thought Yakuza 4 and the spin-off were one and the same. Guess not.

...wow, I didn't even realize the third one was on PSN. XD I know what I'm buying when I beat Xenogears!

My bad on Arc Arena, but I though Arc the Lad III wasn't very good at all. Especially when comparing it to the 2nd game. It's story was drab and uninspiring, the combat took turns for the worst, and they wouldn't even end it quickly for you.

I can handle a drab storyline, but what makes you say the gameplay took a turn for the worst?

I'll check out Yakuza 4 Demo after the Killzone 3 Review is done and let you know.

@mickey yeah that was by far the most time I spent on a review game... thank god it was over Christmas break. I have no idea how long I spent playing that game and I just wasn't into it. I need to go back and finish the second one though, that game was fantastic!

Reviewing can be a chore at times Haha. I seriously didn't want to come home from work for two days because I knew I had to play The Deadliest Catch. I love the series, but the game will bore you to death. It did make for a fun review to write nontheless.

Very late reply but I started Ys Seven on normal difficulty since I've never really played a jrpg before. I still haven't played too much of it since I've been hooked on the God of War games. I'm almost done with Ghost of Sparta so I'll be back in Altago soon.

Played Bulletstorm the other day. It may not be reinventing any sort of wheel...but man I can't remember the last time an FPS was that fun or looked that good.

@SilentJ - to be fair it has a lot more in common with God of War than it does with any jrpg (hence my decision to start on nasty difficulty)...and unlike God of War, the game actually attacks when you hit the button instead of waiting a few months --it'll probably still be fun on Normal, just don't expect much of a challenge during the dungeons or overworld exploration...bosses might still be tough.

The bosses in Ys Seven are still indeed very difficult on Normal, so you can still expect a challenge. Great game!

@Swerd... I'm about to get back on the Killzone 3 review in a second, but I really disliked Killzone 2, and Killzone 3 with Move is fantastic. Graphically, it's better than Uncharted 2!

I'm loving Subway right now. I got one of those code things on a cup and just decided to put in the site. Ended up winning 9.99 dollars on PSN

Bought Shatter because I was too lazy to reenter my credit card info to cover tax for a $10 game (after it got removed from singing into a friend's PSP)
which might I add had no advantages, mostly the opposite xP
I didn't know much about PSPs, so I didn't know you couldn't have multiple accounts and such

But anyway, I'm loving this game! The music is great

I'll be playing Vagrant story to completion, hopefully with as little sleep in between as possible. I imagine it's gonna be an impeccable fit on PSP--slightly slow-paced, methodical dungeon crawl with ridiculo-crafting. Cannot wait! 2 more games til my PS1-game wish-list is complete.
