Topic: Modern Warfare 2 - FMJ vs Stopping power

To anyone who knows a lot about weapons and perks, i have a stituation with my class using the famas gun. I have cold blooded with it at the moment with a heartbeat and thermal. However, i hear without stopping power the gun wont kill in one burst like i thot it wud, which means id have to take off cold blooded, which i dont want to do cuz i like being hidden when i snipe, and put stopping power if i plan on killing many guys. However, it dawned on me a few moments later that maybe if i use the Full metal jacket, instead of the heartbeat, it wud provide my famas with enough power to kill in one burst.

My question is, does the FMJ's power increase match that of stopping power, or do i need to change to stopping power?

I think FMJ just relates to surface penetration. I don't know how much of a buff it is on its own. Just alternating between FMJ and stopping power for a few matches and see if you notice the difference with FMJ.
