this is just like the nintendo one but its made by obviously me salty1264 the <code>sony lover</code> so heres mine :
1. getting my ps2 (best system ever thats older than 7th gen) in the mail from ebay after waiting a week extra. (worst 20$ spent on shipping cause the box was mini) It came with an 8mb memory card 2 controllers and the ps2 slim with cords. My friend just came over while i was opening it and we played gt4 two player for hours.
2. Getting my dark green psp bundled with a 2gb memory card, metal gear solid peace walker and the movie 2012. It has so much hours of fun even before you buy anything else.

4. Going to all my many friends that never play their psps anymore and asking to borrow/buy all their good games so im set with like 5-10 new games.

Saying 1 reply on a thread saying ps2 is way better than gamecube and xbox and now everywhere on this site i see people saying stuff sounding like im a gigantic sony fan in the chat and forums but im fine with that. Its funny cause before people would say im such a nintendo fan for years but 1 reply makes me a huge sony fan. anyway post your top 5 moments here.

Nintendo are starting to run out of steam now in terms of continuing to be relevant in 2011 and beyond. I mean, you've gotta be kidding me. Why would I buy a gaming system without a hard drive in it? 1. Playing Metal Gear Solid (PSone) with the DualShock Controller and feeling the DARPA Chief's heart flutter down to it's last beat as he dies of an apparent heart attack.
2. The Psycho Mantis fight in Metal Gear Solid (PSone); reading game saves and having to use controller port #2 to be able to defeat him.
3. Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots: The ending sequences literally had me in tears at one point.
4. Uncharted 2 Single Player Campaign: The holy **** moment when the helicopter blows the multi-storied building down with you in it.
5. Disc Golf in Sports Champions.

1: In Metal Gear Solid where you have to put your controller on the floor for Psycho Mantis to move it. At the time it was the best moment in gaming. <3

2: Ending sequence of Metal Gear Solid where your escaping Shadows Moses with Otacon and Liquid is shooting at you. <3 "It's not over Snake! It's not over yet!"

3: Everything Shadow of the Colossus

4: The ending to Metal Gear Solid 4.

5: Metal Gear Solid 4 where your in REX as you fight Ocelot while he's in RAY.

Nope. Thanks for bashing my opinions though. I own them all, and I've beaten them all multiple times. MGS3 is my favorite, whether you like it or not.

MGS3 is the only MGS I went into completely blind, without knowing anything about it yet. The game is so amazing the way it doesn't take itself seriously, the scenery is amazing, and even though the whole game was mostly funny and lighthearted, the ending left me in tears.

My favorite MGS is a tie between 3 and 4. I just can't pick. Both blew me away beyond words and left me crying like a b*tch at the end. I have to agree with zez 2 is easily the weakest, but everyone knows that. I do like the ending in that one though. Either way MGS 1 is also my third. It's great but 3&4 are just... daaaammn.

I'll never understand why anyone can like 3 over 1 or 4. I can see 2 because it's initially a re-imagination of MGS1 with ol' Raiden thrown in there. I found everything wrong with 3 resolved and executed flawlessly in 4. Plus Big Boss is a p***y when compared to Solid. (Can't stand him sometimes.)

hey guys, I'm not gonna disagree with Viewtiful Joe no matter how quickly his series went down the toilet. He'll slow time and beat the crap out of me otherwise and then zoom in on it just to hurt me more.

also, 1-4 is the times I played my friends' PS1s and 5 is that new awesome PS3 commercial in my biased opinion
