well let say you wanna clone 20 pkm in 1 time you can backup your savefile on powersave then after that you miust put you pkm that you wanna clone in pokebank after you done that go to powersave and click on the backup file you just made and click restore it will give you the savefile back and then you have the pkm that you wanna clone in your game and in you bank and you can do more pkm at a time if you want it quit easy here is a vid
you can't clone item do for that you must use a other way

Read up on Serebii's breeding page. He breaks it down pretty good.
Key items:
Destiny Knot - passes on 4 or 5 parent IVs. This is your number one item for breeding
Power Anklet, Bracer, Belt, Lens, Weight, etc passes on one specific IV from the parent with it equipped.
Everstone - passes on the Nature of the parent holding it.
Max IV Ditto - not necessary, but does speed things along.
Using these items, its just a matter of hatching a group of eggs, taking the best of the bunch and making them the new parents. Rinse and repeat.
**** Note: if you can get your hands on a Max IV Japanese Ditto and you have the shiny charm, you have the best chance for breeding competitive shiny pokemon.
