@yoshi420 I have an 8bitdo sn30 also. It doesn't feel quite as good to me as pro controller and the lack of being able to wake up Switch is mildly annoying but for some finicky Platformers, Pro Contoller s awful and 8bitdo works great.
I hope you enjoy Wonder! Cute and fun game.
Lack of wake up is actually the only con, honestly. It feels great when it comes to 2D games like NES/SNES titles, which are especially lag sensitive.
SMBW is great. But theres one thting that annoys me is that you have to find so many seeds to unlock next stages (Im in world 6) like I now need to have all w6 stages seeds found inlcuding finding a secret passage so I can progress. That badge is not so super helpful everytime too but maybe I need more practice. Bro I just started SNES DKC1 and loved it instantly. Same quality as Mario games, great gameplay, graphics, banger OST and works great on 8bitdo. The only downsize I can now see is boss fights could be more challenging first boss is easier than first boss in SMW or SMBW lol but the gameplay is kinda difficult. Better controls in my opinion, so generating less frustration oftentimes. I think Im getting into it....Kirby is the next
btw speaking of "hardware", I got myself my first amiibo figure. When I saw Wedding Bowser I just could not resist. I will never unpack it (can get the suit ingame w/o amiibo)

I admit I didn't notice this because I tend to 100% everything as I go along. I know in most worlds you can skip levels (or at least not get all 2 or 3 seeds per level) and still proceed.
The game definitely feels a bit inconsistent world to world though.
Oh alright Im not a completionist like that. Would you just replay one stage until all collectibles and golden flag scored? I would never have the patience maybe I should try once.
Well which Kirby would you recommend? Was thinking about the newsest Switch one, but dont mind older games as well to begin.
edit: btw new hardware also new joycon controller. Got myself a green-red coloured one, since my OG white one was a little exploited. Like easily poping out of handhelded switch w/o pressing the back button. It made playing some games like platformers impossible handhelded.
@yoshi420 Wonder makes it pretty easy to find most of the collectables so doesn't require too many replays of levels but does require some. But yeah, 100%-ing is not for everyone. In some games it's pretty painful.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land is my favorite Kirby personally. It's 3D of course. For 2D, Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe is pretty good. There are also some fun retro Kirby games on NSO.
Thanks @FishyS
which of the SNES/GB/GBA/N64 Kirby would you recommend the most/is the best?
edit: boxed versions of Kirby Deluxe and Donkey Kong Returns are probably my next purchases.
I think it was Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection. I have spent more time looking for funny typos than actually progressing through the plot though. :/
I'm Lydia in Pokemon Violet
Scratch: Penguinie2012
Splatoon 3: DJ Servbot
Everywhere else I am CutMan003 (mostly)
I will Net Battle people on Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection. :)
Lucky. 🥰😍 I want hello kitty but have to wait until March 25th according to Amazon, & walmart's website to get a physical copy. Which means I'll probably end up getting the game at the beginning of April. D'oh! 🤦♀️🤣
@Barbiegurl777 The game is up for preorder on Amazon and Walmart right now, I just checked. If it helps to know, Amazon doesn't charge until they ship your order. I've preordered games on Amazon before, so I thought I'd give you a friendly reminder.

Favorite game: Super Mario 3D World
AKA MarioVillager92. Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I want to get to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
Cool! Bakeru arrived today. This is the first really new game, which I got this year, because the rest were remakes/ remasters and retro games. I was looking forward to playing Bakeru for a while now.
