So I went to the shopping mall that's within walking distance from my sister's place and found a second-hand copy of Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition.
Yes, I'm guilty of getting ports of ganes I already own on other systems, but this one is one of my Wii U favorites. Not to mention, finding "discontinued" Switch games in my area is a bit difficult.
I'm glad the Mario costume for Rayman and the Luigi one for Globox are still in the Switch version.
Now, after this game, I'll get Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope and its DLC and call it a day as far as Ubisoft Switch support goes.
Before I go back home, I'm also buying Sonic Origins Plus.
I also want to get Pac-Man World Re-Pac, but if I do, I wouldn't have much money for the rest of the month.
@Sisilly_G Super Double Dragon and Double Dragon Advanced will be able to be purchased separately digital. So if you have the other games like I do via the Kunio Collection or some other way you don't have to buy Double Dragon Collection.
I'm going physical all the way, baby!
Porygon did nothing wrong.

After almost 5 years of waiting, *****ing and whining about the lack of physical release and the stubborn sale price not dropping below £8.99, I finally caved last night and bought South Park: The Stick of Truth. My one, token consolation (aside from having owned the PS3 physical for even longer but never having really played it), is that I bought it via the US eshop and so got it for £7.10 instead. So suck on that, Ubisoft!
You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
@gcunit And if you bought from the US eShop you won't have got the censored UK/Euro version either so that's a bonus too.
On a bit of a retro kick at the moment, so picked up Annalynn on the eShop. Has a retro 'feel' rather than being actually retro, but still looks like a lot of fun.
@dmcc0 That's a useful point to raise, thanks, I'd forgotten about that. Though I wonder how it works, because I bought it using a profile registered as being in the US, but I've started playing it using my main profile, which generally switches between South Africa, Norway and the like depending on where the last eshop game I bought was cheapest, so would that mean I'm still playing the US version because that's where I bought it, or would loading via another profile override that?
@gcunit I can play games bought on in the Japanese eShop (with my Japanese account) that don't exist in the UK store with my main UK account so I'd assume it uses the version from whatever region it was purchased/downloaded.
@gcunit one way to know if the SKUs of a game are different between regions would be checking the eShop listings. If it's the same, it would appear as bought on either region. This also seems to apply to DLC.
Most Nintendo games and DLC are like this.
Example: I got the Smash DLC on my Mexican account, and it appears as bought when checking the eShop with my Japanese account.
On the other hand, the DLC for Sonic Frontiers (and the game itself) appears to be different listings for each region. The DLC I got from the Mexican eShop appears as if I hadn't downloaded it on the Japanese eShop and if I download it, it appears as another Sonic Frontiers icon on the HOME Menu.
Like I said, I would get Sonic Origins Plus before my "errand vacation" ended and so I did. Unfortunately, I'm keeping it sealed until the end of the month just in case I have to resell it for budget reasons.
Rusty's Real Deal Baseball is now a hidden gem of the Nintendo 3DS.
