I’m an American spending a couple of weeks in Britain and as a collector of physical media for portables, would love to take the opportunity to pick up any UK/EU-only Switch games while I’m here. Try as I might, I can’t seem to find a current list around the internet, so I’m hoping you guys can help. Does anyone know of any UK/EU-only physical games? I’m aware of a few:
Syberia I, II, and III
Yesterday Origins
Blazblue Central Fiction (we only got this on eShop in the US)
Any others I may be missing? Any guidance here would be appreciated. Also, are there any must-see used/retro game stores in London that you’d recommend?
The list is rather large. Then there are also games only released in Germany.
Just off the top of my head...
3D Golf
Anima: Gate of Memories
Asterix and Obelix XXL2
Broken Sword 5 (although it has been rated for a NA release)
Chicken Range
Constructor Plus
Crash Dummy
Gem Smashers
Ginger Beyond the Crystal
Grave Danger
Island Flight Simulator
Let's Sing 2017, 2018, and 2019
Little Nightmares (highly recommended horror/platformer)
Nightmare Boy
One Piece Pirate Warriors 3
One Piece Unlimited World Red
State of Mind (although it has been rated for a NA release)
Super Chariot
Super Putty Squad
Taiko no Tatsujin (highly recommended music/rhythm game)
This War of Mine (although it has been rated for a NA release)
Urban Trial Playground
Windstorm
Vegas Party (terrible game though)
Switch Physical Collection - 1,247 games (as of April 15th, 2024)

OK, as someone who actually lives in the UK, I'll just warn you that Switch visibility is nowhere near what it is in the States, but it is getting better. We have only really got one major high-street chain, Game, and it is completely hit-and-miss as to what you'll find on the shelves, though I have definitely seen Siberia, Blazblue, Urban Trials and One Piece there in the past.
As for retro, there's a great one called Playnation Games in Croydon (East Croydon train station is in London Zone 3), tucked away on an upper floor in the Whitgift shopping centre. It's not immediately obvious where it is, but it's got loads of old stuff, going all the way back to 8-bit cassettes for C64. While you're there, Croydon also has a couple of second-hand game shops off the high street which will also have some older stuff. You're not likely to find any bargains - everything is pretty keenly priced - but you might find something that interests you.
