Having never owned a Nintendo console before the Switch, and quite frankly never liking anything about Nintendo, I am here to declare the Switch the greatest console of all time.
I took a punt on one back in March when I miraculously found a department store with one Switch left after everywhere else was sold out, and since then my Xbox One has only been used to turn on the TV.
Won’t get into why it’s great. I think that’s ground well covered here. Just know that this former Nintendo sceptic has been well and truly converted.
I am probably a bit of an anomaly though - I’ve never been able to get into Mario or Zelda games, and I still can’t. Owned both Breath of the Wild and Odyssey and traded them both in. Not sure what’s wrong with me there.
Regardless, the Switch is the GOAT. You’ll know I’m serious because I type this while riding an actual goat.
