Topic: Switch sd card question?

Hello i recently purchased a switch lite and right now i dont have a sd card in my switch, im using the internal memory i have about 10 gb left. my question is if i put a sd card in my switch lite would any of my saved games be affected.. I'm worried some if i put in a sd card in my switch it might erase my save files on my games

If I’m not mistaken I believe both the Switch Lite and the Switch have a space for a Micro SD card. I have read that the card only expands the memory space it does not effect anything on the unit itself.

No, saved games are stored on the system, @Bmartin001 .... Even when you delete a game, it doesn't erase save data!

You can get a micro sd card, and later upgrade to a bigger micro sd card without affecting your games.
