wow thanks for that. I was going to get the JP version! Bought the crap out of that. Its one of the few games on switch I played already way back when it was PC only. Cool idea, funny moments abounded, not my cup of tea, but good enough. Gorgeous CE though and if I end up not wanting it, I did miss out on deadcells, so it could be invaluable at a swap meet. dem toby fans are diehard I'll give them that.

Lovers In A Dangerous Spacetime just shipped from SRG.

Lets see if it actually arrives or if I'm about to get my third copy of Human Fall Flat.

Meanwhile, Voez, Slain, Runbow, and The Coma are inbound from Amazon.

Simce they haven't announced a North American physical release of Okami HD yet, I just broke down and ordered it from Amazon Japan. Didn't cost much, $32 including delivery to the US. This is the first time I've ordered something from Japan, hope it works out okay (and doesn't take forever to get here!)

Keep us informed. I've been thinking of ordering the Darius Collection through Amazon JP rather than Play Asia. That would save about $20-$30. I've also got an eye on that Senran Kagura Peachball (pinball) game.

Death Mark is open to preorder on Amazon NA. This game is known as Shiin, and was previously a Japan-only game. Since it's a horror/visual novel, I assume the print run will be low. Either way, it appears as though publisher Aksys is expanding their Switch catalog. Little Dragons Cafe preorders must be doing well?

I know. Senren Kagura is really japanese fan service, but it has been brought to the west in the past, even the 3DS! So I'm holding out. I like pinball videogames(thanks windows XP) so if it is good I'll get it.

@paihia @Magician Cheers guys, I'll keep you all informed. I figure even if they announce a physical NA release soon, it won't be cheaper than $32, it won't be out for at least a few months, and at the very least I'll have one cool Japanese cover in my modest collection. Okami is definitely a masterpiece game, I played it on the Wii back in the day and this version should be even better.

That publisher is Nicalis (my favorite publisher) and I would think it would have English, but I only have the NA version.

@Belexes I believe Pikii published the jp version. Nicalis teased awhile back in june that they might reprint the jp cover in the west but no mention if it will have the reversible artwork? heres hoping..

My Rockman X Anniversary Collection (JP) and Rockman X Anniversary Collection 2 (JP) arrived today from Playasia. English is a language option and for both of mine it was already defaulted.

A suitable workaround for the other regions where 2 is a download.

We talking the main menus alone or is there an option in the games I am overlooking?

Depends on delivery option. With courier it can even be there in 2 days As for normal postage, it looks like its the same as EU so probably it takes 2-4 weeks to get pretty much anywhere

@Paraka In the Settings menu there is a Language option with about 5 languages. In the Japanese version of the games, Japanese is the first selection with English as second and on mine English was already selected. (stating this from memory - games not in front of me as I type this)

Just received an e-mail from Signature Edition. Dead Cells is back in stock and shipment # 2 will arrive in September. I’m ordering mine on Friday for sure! Anyone that didn’t get one, this is your chance!

Good on Signature Edition for ordering a second batch. Wish they’d do that with Count Lucanor...

I'm indifferent about the Signature Edition of the games Merge Games publishes.

Not very impressed with the swag, so I'm content with owning a standard version of their games.

Could be worse; could be Super Rare Games. A collectible card wow cool 😒

Gimme an art book or a manual and a nice box and I’m good.
