Have A Nice Death is getting an EU physical release from Pix'n Love Publishing, with retail listings appearing on Amazon and Play-Asia.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Merge-Games-623727-Have-Death/dp/B0C...
https://www.play-asia.com/have-a-nice-death/13/70gn7h

Curiously, the Amazon listing suggests it's from Merge Games, and the Play-Asia listing lists it under Pixelheart? That might be a stock system error.
If it's a Pix'n Love Publishing release, it likely has a fancier version coming exclusively on their site around December 8th.

@Magician Is that open edition? I have it digitally, but I'm very tempted to double dip.

@ElRoberico Open edition? I'm not sure what that terminology means. If you mean open preorder, then no. It's Super Rare, their releases are usually limited quantity, first come first served.

Switch 2 Physical Collection - 4 games (as of December 8th, 2025)

@ElRoberico
Here's what you need to know about the Super Rare Games releases of Lil Gator Game

  • 4000 copies of Standard edition
  • 1000 copies of SteelBook edition (includes a character magnet)
  • 1000 copies of Collector's edition
  • Pre-orders for Super Rare Club members open two days earlier on Tuesdays at 6pm UK time (currently BST), who will have priority access to a fraction of the printed stock
  • Public pre-orders open on Thursday 26th October at 6pm UK time (BST)

I expect the demand for this release could be pretty high, so you'll want to be signed up and logged in when the pre-orders open on Thursday to be safe.

That would be 1pm in New York (EDT), and 10am in California (PDT).

Sorry, my brain is fried most days lately, and I got my collector lingo mixed up. Open edition is a pin-collecting term where a pin is available almost all the time.

iam8bit are releasing the "Annapurna Interactive Deluxe Limited Edition Collection".
It's a $200 cartridge that has TWELVE titles on it, which is probably the record for the most number of titles in a single cartridge.
Limited to 2500 copies, pre-orders open October 26th at 9am PDT.

The release features the following titles:

  • Donut County
  • Gorogoa
  • Hindsight
  • I Am Dead
  • If Found...
  • Kentucky Route Zero: TV Edition
  • Neon White
  • Sayonara Wild Hearts
  • Solar Ash
  • The Artful Escape
  • The Pathless
  • What Remains of Edith Finch

It's the first physical release of the titles Hindsight, I Am Dead, If Found, and Solar Ash

@RupeeClock First physical release for What Remains of Edith Finch as well...on Switch anyways.

I own copies of all the other games listed. Considering the quality of the games included, this will be a premier piece in an owner's collection. The collector in me would love to own one of the 2500 copies, but I'll be stuck at work while the preorder is live.

Unfortunately chances are I'll miss my opportunity to place a preorder. But at the same time I don't think I'll be bent out of shape if I miss it. $200 goes a long way elsewhere. I want a PS5 Slim Digital asap.

@Magician
Of the selection, I already own or have ordered releases of Donut County, Neon White, Sayonara Wild Hearts, and The Artful Escape.

There's a few titles in the collection I'd be keen to get, particularly Solar Ash, but I could also be fine with not securing a copy of this.
Truthfully, I think I'd feel guilty about owning it as it'd just end up in storage like everything else I've collected and not given the time it deserves.

@Magician I feel exactly the same. I absolutely cannot afford it now, but that's PS5 money. I honestly prefer the PS4 version of it. I know the game library is different, but I love how that one is collected. 12 games on 1 cart is INSANE though.

@RupeeClock I don't know if you collect for other consoles, but Solar Ash is a pick-up on more powerful hardware for me. Hyper Light Breaker whenever that launches too.

Ugly download banner on Star Ocean, a 4.1GB download.

@Magician This was one of the more disappointing surprises. Made me instantly cancel my preorder.

Hopefully there'll be an Asia region release that doesn't require a download.
Square Enix at least seems to do those.

Aurumonado

@Magician Thanks I just cancelled my preorder. It hadn't shipped yet from amazon.

So allegedly the full game of Star Ocean is on the cart and the download is just other languages and bug fixes, according to some people who have gotten it early.

catsnpizzas

Magician

@catsnpizzas Which is weird if language packs somehow qualify as a mandatory download. Hmm, I might keep my preorder, for science. See if I can remember to fire the game up before beginning the update. I know Zuljaras would be interested.

@catsnpizzas @Magician
As a reminder, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl also had the full game, but it was a badly half-baked version that lacked a title screen, had unfinished music tracks, etc.

Pikmin 1+2 actually hides a "download required" notice on the back of the box.
It says "Download required (152.2 MB): Dutch and Asian language support"
Given that it's ports of the Wii versions of GameCube classics though, it stands to reason the game really is complete.

As a reminder, Persona 4 just went up for pre-order at LRG today. Currently P3P is still available for pre-order too, so if you waited until both were up to save on shipping now is the time.

@RupeeClock - BD/SP does have a rare revision out in the open if you can find it, however. Pikmin is running complete without updates, can confirm directly.

Something I doubt Square will do.
