Just thought I'd make a thread on alternatives, if you can post the link and a small review of the alternatives for everyone to see.

I bought these a while back and took around 3 weeks to arrive, very high quality and feel alot better than split pad pro controllers

Are the 8BitDo adaptors allowed here?
I've got the USB controller adaptor winging its way here, so I can use a PS3 controller with the Switch.

They also do a GameCube adaptor (battery powered) that I might get as well.

I got the 8BitDo SN30 Pro+ for Christmas. It took a little getting used to, but I’ve been happy with it so far. The only thing I don’t like is you can’t power on the Switch with it. That’s not that big of a deal to me though. I won’t buy anymore pro controllers made by Nintendo this generation anyway. All of the controllers made by Nintendo that I bought ended up with too many problems.

@Munson
I also wanted to recommend the SN30 Pro+. Awesome controller! Especially if you need a good D-Pad!

Anybody tried the 8bitdo SN30?
Not the Pro or the ProPlus, but the basic SNES-style one?
I'm after a controller for the occasional four-player game, so this won't be a primary device by any means.

The adaptor I mentioned above is a faff for the PS3 controller, and I don't want to hazard trying to sort it.

Other cheap controllers look, well, cheap
