Here it is, my ultimate challenge! I finally completed my NoAPress run a few moments ago!
This one isn't easy to get video evidence of since its so long, but I found it very rewarding and challenging nonetheless. Here's a video of me doing a straight run, in case the instructions are a little confusing.
Circle 'Round the Rex 2 - Cascade Kingdom
Circle counter-clockwise around the parameter of this large grassy platform without touching the ground. Rocks, rex, trampoline, and the platform near the door are fair game.
For an added challenge, try this without A/B presses
Oh dang that's wild! When I saw you post the first one I was thinking to myself what about the T-Rex Nest, but I never thought about no A/B Presses! I've got a few things to take care of first but I'll try and get to these soon enough.

That run took me so many tries! There's so many intricacies involved when trying to throw cappy over rough surfaces. Anyway, the challenges must keep coming.
Climb 432 Cranky Ave - Metro Kingdom
Climb this tower to this point without pressing A or B and without bouncing on Cappy.
A challenge that I created myself is the collect all moons in a kingdom challenges.
Basically, starting from the beginning of the game, you have to get every moon that is possible to get before being at Peach's Kingdom before leaving the kingdom. You can use cheats and exploits and whatever but you have to get every moon that is possible in a kingdom before leaving that kingdom.
