I have a Nintendo Switch but recently the left Joy Con seems to have a mind of its own. I can't scroll down the list of new releases on the eShop without it shooting to the top of the page, Link wonders off by herself on Breath Of The Wild and lots more problems! I've tried the advice on YouTube but nothing seems to help. Is anybody having the same problem? If so, how did you fix it?

Have you checked to see if the controllers are updated? if they are and it's still in warranty, contact Nintendo.

I updated the controllers earlier but they're still the same.

Then if they are still within Warranty I would check with Nintendo see if they can do anything

If none of that works, try taking a dry q-tip and running it under the little joystick hat. the flexible cover over the casing is just that, flexible, and can occasionally allow some dust or dirt to flex in. I had the same issue, as did my neighbor. Just a swab fixed it

Same thing happened to my joy-cons. Even after recalibrating, the left analog stick fails to register input toward the upper-left corner. It stops halfway. I assume the joy-con is just dirty, but I took the lazy route and purchased a new set of joy-cons.
