im not interested in frikkin trashy games. Not going waste my money on something like perky little things. If youre a trashy horny person then go for it. But dont automatically assume gamers like me would even be interested in trash like Perky LIttle Things.

I mean, nobody is saying you're interested in it. Clearly you're not and, frankly, I'm not at all interested in that sort of media either. But just because I'm not interested in it and you're not interested in it doesn't mean we should be outraged by it merely existing. Nothing stopping you from, you know, not buying it and getting on with your day

To use a less contentious example consider the way that certain people get all worked up around this time of the year because major retailers start selling Christmas stuff. Oh how horrible it is that they're selling Christmas trees and Costco as early as late September. But you know what the solution to that is? Walk past it, don't buy it. Problem solved

And that's before you even start to ask where the line of "objectionable content" should be drawn. I mean some people wouldn't have a line anywhere. Myself I'd probably think a line could be drawn somewhere around rape and sexual violence but even then Les Misérables is a thing that exists. You might draw the line at nudity or innuendo. But then someone like @Anti-Matter probably draws the line somewhere between Splatoon and Mario Kart and Iran might draw the line at Peach not having her hair covered

I think like with most things of a "moral" nature the only rule is:
1. Don't be a d**k

And wanting something off the shelf because it gets your knickers in a twist? Being outraged by the existence of a thing that isn't hurting anyone you can just walk past? Bit of a d**k move. We're talking about toys here, games are toys. Heavily suggestive softcore trash video games? It's at most a lower form of toy, like a rattle for babies. Let the babies have their rattle

"Don't stir the pot" is a nice way of saying "they're too dumb to reason with"

Youre one of those peope that tend to twist things around as usual.

I by the way Im not saying or hinted at wanting trashy sexual games like Perky Little Things off of the shelves and not sold in stores. Im just saying that im surprised that Nintendo would let stuff like that go on in stores and turn a blind eye yada yada.

I dont give a good damn if other people will waste their money on that crap.

Id rather watch the Porky's movies anyway than waste 45-50 bucks on a damn videogame

@Kermit1 I’m glad I don’t! Ima look it up.

I’m not really surprised nintendo let it on there store. Pretty much what @skywake said, some people have lines they draw, some don’t, and at the end of the day it’s up to the person deciding if there going to buy the game are not. Plus nintnedo has a lot of games on there store people aren’t okay with, but is nintendo going to shut a game down for the people who may not play it? No, no there not.

Btw not saying that was said, or even suggesting that at some point of the conversation that it was said that it someone would want it taken off.

@Kermit1 I only read one sentence from the wiki, I want to read more because I just can’t believe what I just read, but at the same time, why did I do that to myself! Why! Now if you excuse me, the bleach and eyes need to go make bread together.

@Kermit1 😥 it’s okay, I will survive, hate to admit it isn’t the worst thing I have read, tho it was far from expected.

Ah, found the bleach. Now that should help me sleep tonight.

Yeah, nah. I'm not really twisting your words, if anything you're the one kinda being a bit dishonest in this argument here

I mean your initial point was that you were shocked that Nintendo and/or Walmart would allow a game "like that" to be available, "especially at Walmart". And that you were "surprised Nintendo would even be ok with a game like that in the first place". So basically, you are offended by the game existing and would rather it not be available in one way or another

But now you're saying that you have "not saying (sic) or hinted" (ugh, mixed tense) that you wanted it "of (sic) the shelves and not sold in stores". I mean which is it? Either you take your initial stance and would have the game NOT available at stores and therefore disagree with your new position OR you are ok with it being on shelves and sold in stores and therefore are ok with Nintendo "allowing" Walmart to stock it

Can't be both, these are mutually exclusive positions. I mean, we know which one it is. You clearly weren't happy that the game is available to buy. You were animated enough about it to create a thread on it. A thread literally titled "can't believe Nintendo would allow a game like that". Not, I don't understand why people buy games like this. No. You can't believe this game is allowed, presumably to exist

And now that people have pointed out the silliness of the position you're trying to reframe your position. Which is the natural thing to do. Probably the more mature thing to do would be to either respectfully disagree or to admit you didn't consider your position and have changed your mind. But hey, it's the internet right? That may be wishful thinking on my part there that would ever happen!

The sad thing is that as so many people have tight ends it has thrusted the game out of the spotlight. It's a shame as the developers bared naked their hard work to erect a game foreplaying an experience of titillation.

You would hope that they worked hard to beat off the stiff competition

as I said before, youre just twisting my words around just so you can look innocent blah blah.

all i ever frikkin said was that Im surprired that pretty much both Walmart and Nintendo would eve be ok with selling trashy games like that.

Period.

Those games arent for me which im glad anyway. If i want trashy sex sleaze entertainment in my life, ill just go watch Porky's.

I am very aware that there are other people/gamers out there that are into trashy sex gmes whether its a stupid Leisure Suit Larry or Dead or Alive o whateve. Good for them.
