Just wanted to let off some steam!

I bought my nintendo switch in Poland in March from an online store which called itself the official nintendo store. Now that sounds good, right? Unfortunately thats all it does!

12 days ago my switch died. It was Thursday 6th night and I wrote an email to that store telling them that I wanted to return it for repair as it was no longer working. The email was a reply to some other emails I send earlier regarding other issues. So they knew that I was a customer of them.

On friday 7th noon I received a reply. They needed the serial number and a detailed description of the issue.
Of course I didnt have that number on me, I was at work and had to wait until I got home. I replied to their email on Saturday 8th They also mentioned I should contact the nintendo service directly to speed things up. The service is in the czech republic.

Not too much happened on Monday 10th morning. I thought sending me some instructions of which parcel service to use couldnt be that difficult. So I called them. They told me they had 24 hours to reply, not counting weekends. They were generally unfriendly - which is a general problem in Poland.

So I thought I might contact the czech distributor service directly. As it might truly speed things up, as they hinted.

On Monday 10th night I received a reply from that service which said that I they just talk to the store and I had to solve all issues through them. Awesome! The so-called official store really knows their business.

On Thuesday 11 I finally received instructions to use the dhl company. They send me a label with a barcode which I needed to print and glue it on the package. Since I very rarely use a printer I had to go to town to a copy shop and have it printed.
Dhl service was quite awesome. They picked up the parcel the very same day and delivered it on wednesday 12h.

On friday 14th I decided to call the seller and ask how things stood. The generally unfriendly lady on the phone told me that she couldnt find my repair in the system. Thanks to the tracking number she was able to confirm that my switch had arrived on wednesday but hadnt been checked yet. Therefore not in the system. If I wanted to check the repair status in the future I could do that online.

I tried that yesterday on Monday 17th but since I bought the console via the official store... yeah, right the repair service isnt tied to the official store. Its the mother company. Needless to say I couldnt login.

Called them today and asked how things are going. She checked and told me that my switch has gone to the service center in the czech republic. Wow!
She also mentioned that in this regard they had 28days to send it back to me. Even more awesome!

Damn, I am annoyed. No wonder nintendo doesnt sell very well in Poland. Sony and Microsoft have apparently better services here. Hope somebody from nintendo reads this. But actually I think they dont really care about this market.

@DTMOF84 please don't bring up inactive topics unless you actually have something to contribute.

Also, the threads asking for friends, use the bigger more active ones, these smaller ones would've been closed anyway had we noticed them earlier, but well, they got burried.
