The differential is like Xbox and Playstation controllers. Sony didn't try to sue Microsoft when they brought out their first console's controllers that resemble the Playstation controllers in a similar way. The buttons are located similarly and the buttons have a purpose that shows similarity as well. Gamevice is pathetic and needs to grow up.
