Topic: Next Nintendo Direct?

@Anti-Matter i believe the Cooking/Farming mechanics with the depth of the Crafting mechanics/DIY system and Vegetables/Dishes might be coming soon to Animal Crossing New Horizons, since my Villagers and Friend Villagers is making frenquent mention to food and Cooking, remember that before Nintendo added the Art Gallery, a Fang of a player hinted that Nintendo would add the Art Gallery, and Nintendo added the Art Gallery in the april/Spring update, almost everything or everything that Ninji have found on the game data have come to the game, so yes the Cooking/Farming mechanics with the depth of the Crafting mechanics/DIY system and Vegetables/Dishes will come to the game, and i don't consider the seasonal updates for Animal Crossing New Horizons as a Direct, unless Nintendo have something so big for the upcoming Fall update for the game, they need another Nintendo Direct dedicated for the game like the inclusion of the Cooking/Farming mechanics.

I also was let down by Luigi's Mansion 3. Had to drag myself through the last hours of it, honestly. No motivation to go back and find everything.

I LOVED Sword, however. Absolutely adored it. Could be that I hadn't fully played through a Pokemon game in a looooong time, so I was coming into it very fresh and without a list of demands like most people seemed to have. Same story with Origami King. Absolutely loved it, but didn't have expectations beforehand.

@BenAV @jump i also did not enjoy LM 3 that much (rushed through the story just to finish it and never came back to it for colectibles). It was the first in the series I tried and can say is not for me. Last year the highlights were DQ11 and Witcher 3 but Nintendo site were astral chain and Zelda (other One I quite disliked was FE)

Who else is excited for Game & Watch Redux Deluxe GO for iOS/Android to be announced as the fall blockbuster this week??

If by Wii U, you mean the console that had online digital versions of Mario Galaxy 1&2, Skyward Sword and Metroid Prime Trilogy, then I'd absolutely take that as a successful Direct.

So do I. But I want them all in HD, on a portable, and I want the Galaxy Games and Prime Trilogy working with a regular control scheme.

here the anouncemt Jeff Grubb problaby said Nintendo will do in august 27 for us and august 28 for Japan.

I can't wait for them to eventually release the Prime Trilogy on Switch and I really really hope it's in HD! I loved the first one on GC but never played the other two.

For Mario’s anniversary they should partner with DIC to produce animated cartoons based on Mario 64, Mario Sunshine, Mario Galaxy and New Super Mario Bros. The Super Mario cartoons were great, was disappointed they stopped after Super Mario World.
