Topic: My Joy Con has been invaded, help!

So I've been house-sitting for my Aunt as she's gone to Korea (the south one ) for a few weeks and she needed somebody to look after her house and cat. I've only been here less than 24 hours but I brought my Switch to help pass the time during the evening, including the dock, joy con grip etc.

Anyway, I just pick up my Joy Cons in the grip and I thought there was a large speck of dust or something under the control stick but then it moved! I only saw it for 20-30 seconds but it was a white/translucent colour, had a similar body structure to an ant except it had long(ish) antennae. It was a little smaller than one of the ABXY but it managed to escape before I could rid of it. It crawled into the gap just under the ZR button and I've not seen it since. Is there any space there? I'm not sure if it's a small space or it leads to the inside of the Joy Con itself.

Her house is fairly clean (it couldn't be spotless with pets to be honest, but it's not unclean by any means), mine is clean too so it I don't know where a bug has come from. I also can't find any other...creatures, the controller was the only thing on the table too so it couldn't have been "contaminated".

I'm just really paranoid when it comes to dirt, insects and things of that sort. I'm too worried to touch the controller and I'm not sure if the other has the same issue. I'm not even going to touch the console itself because I'll become too concerned about this spreading (yes that's ridiculous but that's how my brain works).

So basically what I'm asking is:
1 - What is it!?
2 - Is it inside my Joy Con or just the back.
3. How can I fix this and prevent it? Because I'm here for a while.

Thanks if anyone can help, I'll probably sound insane when I read this again in the future but this has me flustered!

@Kimyonaakuma If you have some games with strong HD rumble ,play them. That should either

A:Kill them off
B:Force them to find a new home

The rumble is strong in Pinball FX3 so that would be the game I recommend.

@OorWullie Thanks I'll try that, hopefully the rumble from Mario Odyssey's motor scooters is strong enough. If not I'll download Pinball FX3, I'll just have to go to war with whatever this thing is!

If it ''looked like ant'', it's probably a book louse. They're harmless, and it'll either move out in search of food, or die.

I'd be more worried about them crawling around in the pantry and eating your food before you can get to it

#1 It's either a louse (as @Octane said) or a mite. Either way they are completely harmless.

#2 Get over yourself; i understand people freak out over things (especially bugs), but you are literally several thousand or million times the size of the bug.

The Shpydarloggery
She-Ra is awesome. If you believe otherwise, you are clearly wrong.
Urban Champion is GLORIOUS.

Don't worry if it bites you. It's not very big, so it won't eat much.

@the_shpydar I agree with your point 2, clean freaks annoy me

@Octane @the_shpydar Well at least it's harmless, and the pictures match what I saw.

And their size is still a problem for me, I'd rather have a huge insect that could snap me like a twig than small ones that can hide in everything. I've come to somewhat tolerate insects and I wouldn't have posted anything if it just ran away. But having something living (or maybe dead, the HD rumble is brutal) can't be okay for anything electrical can it?

@Bunkerneath and I'm really not a clean freak, I just can't deal with insects, especially if they decide to live in my Joy Cons!

@Kimyonaakuma It won't affect the Joy-Con. Provided there's not a ton of them living inside at least.
