Topic: Most ridiculous fantasy feature of the Nintendo Switch 2 (be creative)

Title says it all. If you could dream up a Switch 2 console, what would be the most ridiculous feature you can think of?

Here's my take:

Let's call it "Nintendo Switch Fusion" and it actually has TWO cart slots. Whenever both are occupied you get "synergy features" in both games. That could mean characters, items and even story pieces "cross-contaminating" other games. Of course all of the devs would be on board with this, hoping to boost their sales. Let's say the latest Super Mario game will give Mario actual weapon powerups if it is paired with lets say Call of Duty. But if you pair it with a Sonic game, Sonic becomes available as a character in Mario and Mario in Sonic, etc...

Yes. This is ridiculous.
But we gotta pass the time until Switch 2 somehow right? Why not talk about our favorite console and push the envelope a bit. Hope to read some really crazy stuff from you guys!

A new F-Zero game.

Forget virtual reality goggles or sunglasses, I need Nintendo to deliver prescription-strength contact lenses, beam the action straight to my eyeballs.

A Gamecube disk drive reader along with rereleases.

Folding Bigger Screen would turn the portable gaming world on it's head.

Actual servers for online games

Another game card slot for DS and 3DS games. Admittedly, the dual screen nature would be cumbersome unless you can rotate Switch on its side or Switch 2 has a large folding screen.

The dock should come built into a lazy boy chair and you can slide the console in and out in a similar way you would a cartridge into a NES.

It looks like a normal Switch but the screen folds out to reveal a DS-esque setup with the top screen being double sided.

I want my current Switch to magically be a controller for Switch 2 (docked).

The dock is a functioning toaster when not in use as a dock. A little Kirby-shaped vent inside hoovers up the crumbs afterwards so they don't damage the console.

Ability to capture/save dreams so that I can watch them back.

This should be a standard feature for the Switch Lite at the very least. It's a touch redundant for the regular Switch as the Joy-Con can be detached instead.

When you start the game, it does not matter which kind of game, it will be just right for you. Then you will be teleported to the perfect place with the perfect atmosphere, fitting the general tone of the game. Food and drinks will also be provided, which is also perfectly fitting the game. Of course no one will bother you and you will not have any responsibilities. But if you wish you can have as many people join you as you wish. Naturally they will be the perfect partners. Your mood will also be altered by special waves that make you feel wholesome and happy. The console will be called Super Nintendo Paradise.

@EaglyBird I don't think that in 2024 an actual WAN-card slot for Switch 2 would be too much to ask. I'd love to see it. Would eradicate the need to use your smartphone as a hotspot to game online while traveling. I like it.

@Jhena At that point it'd be easier the "Nintendo Switch 2" was some sort of magic mushroom instead of a console...
