I'm hoping when this is announced there's gonna be added extras to Lego Batman 3 than just being the baddies. I can see merit with Lego Marvel 2 as they expanded the roster (even with taking out the FF and X-characters) by including the new/popular characters like Ms Marvel and Spider-Gwen that came along since the first one but I can't really see that with DC who haven't had a strong expansion of new characters the same way Marvel has.
Picked this up recently and to be honest I'm pretty disappointed. I've played quite a few games in the Lego series over the years and always had a good time but after playing Lego City: Undercover the main series has started to feel a bit tired. I don't think the 'feel' of the DC villains universe is particularly appealing either. All in all wish I'd maybe gone for Marvel (more likeable characters/universe) or Worlds (Lego theme in a new genre).
Played the game on PS4 and enjoyed the story, standard Lego mish mash, but the idea of creating you're own villain and designing them how you want was cool.
I just didn't like the open world hub setting and how travelling between them worked. Was a pain.
Been playing a bit more of this and it does seem to be improving for me but still not up there with personal favourites like Lego City, The Force Awakens and Indiana Jones. I think the biggest issues for me are the hub world and the fact I just don't find the source material that good which is really not the games fault.
