I am totally fed up with all the drifting, some games are barely playable. So I wondered what are good third-party alternatives to the joy-cons? Stuff that doesn't drift? I heard about the Hori split pad. Still pretty expensive in my opinion, but seems very good from what I have heard.
And before you ask: yes, I tried alcohol. But that doesn't seem to do much anymore. The joy-con are basically dead.
It depends on what you expect from alternative joy-con. The Hori Split Pad are great for handheld mode, but they're a no-go for tabletop mode because they need to be attached to the Switch in order to function.
