Well that was unexpected, I saw Markiplier and Jacksepticeye play the first one and I found it interesting. But the problem ended up being that the game was too expensive...$20 I think. (think it went down a bit now)
Anyways if the price is a bit more reasonable this time, I might end up getting this one. What about you guys?

They also released a little preview video for the 'Create-A-Con' feature (below) - not 100% sure how it'll work just yet (although you will be able to share your creations online, which is pretty cool!) ..who doesn't like a substantial customisation feature though?! Looks awesome!

Was always highly interested in The Escapists (2). I hope the late Switch release is getting a retail version as well, alongside Team 17's and Playtonic's Yooka-Laylee! Wanting both games for quite some time now.
Comes out the 11th of January for the Switch. You can Pre-Purchase it now on the eShop. It's $19.99 in the US. I'm going to get it when it comes out. Anyone know if there's a physical version like there is for other consoles? I'm guessing there isn't because I haven't seen anything but maybe. If I don't see anything before Tuesday I'm just going to pre-purchase it on the eShop. Anyone know anything about the physical or going to get it on the eShop?
@BezBot The PS4 and Xbox One received a physical version so I'd guess the Switch will too. Since it hasn't yet been announced though, might not be till a few weeks/months later.
I'd forgotten this was announced way back in the Switch presentation. It's certainly took its time. Really looking forward to it but I'm a little concerned it won't be as much fun in single player. I've read that it's supposed to be quite punishing and tough to get into, even more so in single player as the prisons are designed with co-op in mind. The description on the Eshop said there is an online versus and drop in/drop out online. I'm not sure if that means the online works with co-op mode though.
@OorWullie Yeah I'm getting it to play Local Co-op. I have the first one on steam and I mildly enjoyed it, but I suspect it'll be much better with multiplayer. We have seen it's co-op when you play locally but I suspect it's the same online because in the description for the game on the eShop it says "Unite with up to 3 friends to create the ultimate online escape crew and engineer the wildest escapes yet! By working together you'll be able to create even more elaborate and daring plans". This is obviously talking about online as it's only 2 play locally and when it says work together I think it's co-op. After that it goes into talking about versus mode so I think there is both.
Forgot to mention that because this is only $20 that I think there won't be the season pass. On other systems it's $20 online but the physical is $30 with the season pass. Hopefully it will include the DLC as there is no listing of DLC on the eShop right now (as other games like Xenoblade have done in the past).
