Topic: Eagle Island

Anyone else playing Eagle Island? Came out last week on the eShop and it's been pretty good so far. I figured the price might have held a lot of people off buying it now, but there's a lot of content and the game is really good. I'd say it was up there with my other Nindies favourites, Celeste and Golf Story. How have you found it?

I played the demo on Steam and it was pretty good. The gameplay did seem to get somewhat repetitive fairly quickly though. It kind of reminded me of Flinthook which was a fun game but didn't offer a lot of replay value due to it's repetitiveness. I only played through the first area up to a boss though, so maybe it opens up more once you get further on.
