So um, I was playing New Horizons and I noticed that it looks like there are 2 more slots for houses on my map. However, I can't get the "sell land" thing from Tom, and I REALLLYYY want Skye and Felicity. I've also heard something about 16 villagers, or is that only for New Leaf? Help me!

Both Animal Crossing New Leaf and New Horizons have Maximum 10 villagers on your island. No more, No less. Exactly 10 villagers by Maximum.
