Topic: Switch online N64 controller issue

Because the Nintendo 64 was one of my most favourite and memorable generations, I decided to treat myself to a Switch online N64 controller. The only issue I have with it is that it will not wake up my Switch 2 console however it will put it into sleep mode and this I find very odd.

I have re-synced it up and it is fully charged and updated. Can anyone explain what the problem might be?

I think Switch 1 controllers don't wake the Switch 2 from sleep mode. If I remember right there's a note about it somewhere on Nintendo's website, and people were speculating that it's because they use a different Bluetooth protocol.

It is very strange that the N64 controller will put the Switch 2 into sleep mode with the home button.

@Satans_Therapist all switch one controllers can put the switch 2 to sleep mode however they can’t wake it up.

Official nes/snes/n64 controller can’t wake it up but the gamecube controller can
