@ThatViridian I didn't do it, but I think ultimately if nothing works you won't have a choice on the matter.
Odds some component in the chain of power or signal is wonky. HDMI has a flaw in that the signal can fail easier than past connections did and whatever Nintendo did to their handshake protocol made it worse.
This is the type of behavior you would see on a failing cheap cable, and if it happens with different cables on different monitors it suggests the flaw is with the Switch 2.
I never fixed mine, I just turned the match power state off and resigned myself to standing up to turn the system on.
@Misima Yeah I figure I'm probably going to. I've used different HDMI cables, but I've still used the same dock. The system itself is still on when the blackouts happen, and I've never had the issue playing in handheld mode, so I suspect it's a dock issue.
