Heyyyy I love this OST! Wii Party and PacMan Party were childhood staples for me (alongside Mario Party 8 of course)

Being that it's the end-of-year, I thought I'd update my Nintendo Music wishlist (which I think I last posted in October). Here's every first-party title they could add that I would get excited for:

• Super Mario 3D World & Super Mario All-Stars; 3D Land would be nice too
• All mainline Pokémon games (but especially Gens 1-4 and their remakes), plus the GameCube titles
• Zelda Majora's Mask, Minish Cap, Twilight Princess, Spirit Tracks, & A Link Between Worlds
• Super Metroid, Metroid Fusion, Zero Mission, Prime 2, & Prime 4
• Kirby's Adventure, Super Star (Ultra), 64, Return to Dream Land, Triple Deluxe, and Planet Robobot. Wouldn't mind Dream Land 3 either
• All 5 missing mainline Mario Karts (especially World!)
• Paper Mario: The Origami King (64 and Color Splash would be nice too)
• The first four Mario & Luigi titles
• Yoshi's Woolly World
• Super Mario Maker 2
• Donkey Kong Country Returns, Tropical Freeze, and Bananza
• Wario Land: Shake It

• All 4 Rhythm Heavens

• EDIT: Oh, this'll never happen, but Dance Dance Revolution Mario Mix would make me really happy lol

My most wanted out of all of that is Mario Kart World, Pokémon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire, and Pokémon HeartGold/SoulSilver, in that order.

for the record, generally companies in japan will stay off work up until january 3rd (or however long the rest of that week is), hence nothing for this week. i would assume our next drop will be fairly small, so anticipate game boy maybe.

not like i've got much else going on...

wishlist (no particular order):
1. kirby super star (+ ultra?) – there's a lot of iconic songs in here. out of all kirby soundtracks this should've been one of the first after star allies.
2. ordertune (splatoon 3 dlc) – some of my favorite songs in this game are from post-launch. it's been long enough.
3. mario kart world – coldest take ever, this is an amazing ost and would likely push more people to use this app regularly.
4. xenoblade (preferably 1/2) – despite having never played them, i'm pretty familiar with the amazing battle music. like mkw, it would bring in a lot of people.
5. pikmin 1+2 – a nice handful of songs that would go perfectly on bedtime playlists.
6. nintendo land – just the lobby music alone would make it worth it for me.
7. kirby's adventure – honestly, if we get this before super star, i wouldn't be too upset. more iconic songs and surprising bangers for the nes.
8. mario 3d world – i'll settle for this if we don't get mkw, okay? can't complain about a bunch of solid jazz.
9. yoshi's woolly world – how we got crafted world before this one is beyond me. yet more bedtime playlist fodder.
10. majora's mask – moreso because we've gone this long without any of the iconic zelda games?? how???

this was me stretching by the way - if i had my way most of this would be kirby games.

Guess I better provide some reasoning for why I want the ones I want, besides the obvious like Splatoon 3 and Mario Kart World.

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze- A phenomenal soundtrack that never got an official music player besides the bitesize in-game selections. There are so many bangers in here that I dare anyone to come up with a top five or ten like I've tried.

Yoshi's Woolly World- A wonderful soundtrack that can be cute, chill or cheery with very few if any duds.

Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga- Great work by Yoko Shiomura here with my favorite regular battle theme from any Mario RPG. It'd be cool to have both the original and remade soundtracks, too.

Paper Mario 64- A massive soundtrack by Mario standards, with many of the tracks even just heard once and never again! Love it.

Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards- If I can only pick one Kirby OST, it's this. I'd love to officially get my fill of Planet Popstar, the boss theme, Rock Star, Inspecting the Factory, or 02 Battle among others.

Donkey Kong Land- My most wanted Game Boy soundtrack by far, this one is completely awesome and pushes the Game Boy's sound engine to the absolute limit.

Wario Land 4- Another great soundtrack that has no music player whatsoever. Throw in those trippy sound effect reels while you're at it!

Kid Icarus: Uprising- At least this one has an in-game music player and got a complete CD collection in Japan (that I own) but it would be great to see this on the app just so Kid Icarus can get more recognition. It'll be the 40th anniversary of Kid Icarus.

Love to see all the Kid Icarus love here!

That would make my most wanted list alongside
The numbered Xenoblade games,
The entire Metroid series (although the Harmony of a Hunter albums are better stand alone listens).
Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess.
Three Houses and the other 3ds Fire Emblems.
Don't know if Cadence of Hyrule and the Nintendo Warriors games are eligible but would be great to have them. Same with the Mario +Rabbids games although at least they are on Spotify.
Smash Bros (any),
Tropical Freeze and DK64,
Famicom Detective Club and of course Mario Kart World which is a mammoth undertaking and likely the greatest collection of Mario tracks ever.
