Help with TV output resolution

Guys, any advice would be welcome, i am desperate. Long story short, i have v1 modded Switch with 3rd party dock and original charger. My CFW is on emunand, i was running 15.0.1 firmware and 1.4. Atmosphere on it. It was connected to an older Full HD TV, TV output eas set to automatic and everything worked just fine. Recently, i bought new 55'' 4K TV, connected my Switch to it, like i did on an old TV, but TV output decreased to 480p and got stuck there. I no longer see 720 and 1080 option, even when i remove it from dock. I tried everything, changed HDMI ports, changed HDMI cables, tested on another Full HD TV, tried docking it while automatic selected, then while 480 selected, removing from dock, putting back at dock, i even updated firmware and now is on 16.0.1 and 1.5.1 Atmosphere, and nothing. Everything else works fine, but playing with 480p output on 55" TV is a horror. Thank you.

Wow, this just reminded me of how useless I am with TVs.

Wait, why do we need a signature? Eh, I don’t know. Here’s your signature.

@sloboS When the switch is docked, the switch senses your tv's resolution, and decides which resolution options to offer in the settings. Example: When I hook my switch up to a 720p tv, the switch settings will only offer me a 720p option, and it won't give me a 1080p option. But on my 4k samsung tv, the switch settings will give me both 720p & 1080p options. (I can't remember if I've seen 480p in the settings, so that's why I omitted discussing 480p.)

There was another 720p tv I hooked up to, and the switch auto set to 1080p output. So, it's not a perfect system.

Not all tv's are compatible with the switch. Granted, it seems to be rare if a tv isn't compatible. I think I've seen/heard of a switch that wouldn't output on a tv in russia back in 2018-2019.

You were smart to try different hdmi ports, since some hdmi ports on some tvs aren't always created equal.

I can't speak to the third party dock. It definitely makes me wonder if an official nintendo dock would solve things. It may, or may not, make a difference.

That's about all I know.

@WoomyNNYes I know Switch should "sense" resolution from TV, that is why i left it to automatic. I assumed that everything will be fine. The biggest problem is that now it wont "sense" any other TV so it is stuck on 480p on 3 TVs i tested.
I see the point of using original dock, but i dont have one, and buying it with possibility that it wont solve my problem...
Thank you anyway

Well, i feel responsible to give everybody some update. I bought original Nintendo dock, and after using it, everything came back to normal. Dock recognised TV resolution, options for 720 and 1080p returned, and now even 3rd party dock works fine.
