I have 3 nintendo switches, so I have 3 tv docks.. the switches haven't been played in the docks for a good bit, just got the new zelda so wanted to use it on the tv.. all 3 switches with all 3 docks none will display on the TV, the dock charges fine and the green light is lit up but no display on tv. also tried other tvs and multiple hdmi cords but same problem on all switches and docks.. any ideas?
Hello. Clean your usb C port on the dock and all three switches. My dock quit working, and after cleaning with alcohol carefully and learning both dry thoroughly it worked again. Look online and you can find easy steps to clean the ports.
cleaning it didn't do anything.. I'd most likely will try a new dock if it comes down to it.. I'm finding it weird I have 3 switches and 3 docks and all 3 docks with the switchs, non will display on any TV I try
