Hi. I bought a used 3DS XL A Link Between Worlds bundle and is it safe to format the memory? Like will i loose the digital game or can i always get the game from the 3DS eShop or can i delete the current user ID from the 3DS and make a new one?
if you format it ALL will be lost, it is only safe if you don't mind losing your games 'cause formatting deletes EVERYTHING including the Eshop account and excluding the OS.
