Topic: Need some help with a My Nintendo order

I redeemed three My Nintendo physical rewards today (the Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary zipper pouch, Monster Hunter Rise poster set and the 3D World + Bowser's Fury magnet set) and followed the links to their product pages on the My Nintendo Store. However, when I add one to my basket and head to checkout, the website claims my basket is empty with an image of Donkey Kong.

I'd appreciate some help with this because the codes expire within 48 hours and I won't be able to get the platinum points back or get these again. Firstly, why is this happening, secondly, how do I fix this and finally, can I order all three rewards at once or not?

@NintendoWiiDS if your using a smartphone try using a pc or a different browser. You can only buy one mynintendo reward at a time because you can only use a reward code once at a checkout. So that’s 3 separate purchases with 3 separate shipping

@1UP_MARIO Thanks for the help. It worked out in the end. But while I was able to order the zipper pouch and magnets, the code for the Monster Hunter Rise poster set wouldn’t work, as when I entered it I got a message saying it had either expired or it was incorrect. I typed out and checked the code multiple times and I’d only redeemed the reward just before I ordered it, but I kept getting that message. Do you know what to do about that? I have less than 48 hours to sort it out or else I won’t be able to redeem it again and I’ll have blown 300 platinum points for nothing. I’d appreciate your help if you know.

I hate using the mynintendo website when ordering. It’s always buggy when ordering from phone.

@1UP_MARIO Thank you so much legend 🙌. I like these My Nintendo rewards every now and again as they remind of Club Nintendo rewards when they were quality. But the My Nintendo Store is so buggy and reloads constantly, so when a reward I want becomes available, it’s completely up in the air whether I’m able to get it without issues and today wasn’t my day I guess. But thanks again that was really good of you to do👍.

@NintendoWiiDS the rewards are great but the shipping is too high.
I have all the physical rewards so far but I’m gonna miss the monster Hunter posters as it doesn’t interest me much.
I’ve contacted mynintendo gambit Europe many times and I hope in the future they let you buy multiple rewards for one shipping.
