This was a very long time ago maybe 4-5 years ago but I only knew just now that I could find some help about this, I bought the new 3ds and moved my old 3ds memory to the new one, after a while (5-7 months) of using the new 3ds I realized that it stopped working for no reason, I contacted a person that helped me fix the problem but he formatted the new 3ds, and when I try to connect my NNID to my formatted 3ds it says that I can’t link it because a 3ds is already linked to this NNID, I just want a way to log out all of the other systems that are signed in this NNID.

@StableInvadeel I did and turns out there is no Nintendo support in my country, that's why I'm asking the community for answers.

@Gwaizer Contact a Nintendo, just pick the nearest one to you. Chances are they can help you unlink your account from the "ghost" system. Remotely.

@Gwaizer You could also check which region you system is from, and contact that Nintendo

Edit: seeing how you're from Saudi Arabia, chances are you have a US 3DS. Try contacting Nintendo of America.

@Gwaizer Nintendo of America had an instant messenger option in support as a "contact" method. I used it last year. I'm not sure when it's active, or if it's still an option. A phone call is more efficient to converse, but it may be worth checking for a messenger option if that suits you better. The advantage of a messenger via computer is, they can paste links in the messenger pointing you to a page that has the info you're looking for.
