I bought my little boy a Nintendo switch lite and I set up a profile and then added him onto the family group.

I went onto my account online and added funds, I thought it would automatically add the funds onto the switch however it hasn't. I have tried to link the account but it says my user name does not exsist. I have also tried buying it on my account but then it comes up with an error to say that I need to buy it on the switch

Can anybody help please.

I'd say that you should contact Nintendo Customer Service, they would definitely be able to sort out your problem

Yes, I am awaiting a response. It's been 10 days since I sent them a email, I was just seeing if anyone had any idea.

You have a Switch yourself, @Jj1909? You should be able to choose login via email, in case you've forgotten your username Once logged in, you can check your account details?

@Jj1909 Like BruceCM, I wonder if you have more than one Switch console. Did you try calling Nintendo support(aka customer service)? I haven't been clear on if the phone line is running in the UK, or if it has as full staff.

In case it can help, I'm pasting a link below to a page that has links to Nintendo directions for 14 common Switch setup questions. A couple of them are relevant. At the bottom there is a Nintendo youtube video regarding family setups. The UK Nintendo support line phone number is in there too. If it's stuff you've already found on your own, you can disregard.
