Well Marvel vs Capcom 3 is running on MT framework which cant run on wii.

The engine that MvC3 uses is the MT Framework. The engine that workd on Wii is MT Framework Lite used in Sengoku Basara: Samurai Hereos. Also, SSFIV3D uses the MT Framework Mobile, that also is used by SSFIV on iOS. Those are all differente versions of the same engine.
