I already know what a lot of people are going to say, but I may as well ask anyways.
As for myself, there are only two shows in the entire world that I'd ever want remade, and one of them just got announced last month. Those are Mobile Suit Gundam, and New Mobile Report Gundam Wing. In Gundam's case, they ran out of budget near the end, resulting in inconsistancies, lots of reused animation, and a different ending (the latter of which worked out for the better). I figure a remake with a modern Gundam budget should iron out the other problems with the series. Luckily, they had a new manga adaption running for about ten years now, titled Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin, which had some additional backstory and a few other differences that I may find interesting, and when it ended not long ago, they finally announced an anime adaption of that manga adaption, effectively meaning that they're remaking the original Gundam.
As for Gundam Wing, it too ran into budget problems, resulting in dips in the animation quality and most importantly the loss of some major backstories of the characters, which were later adapted into a one volume manga. I read this manga, not only did it have better writing than the entirety of the anime, but it also made sense of a lot of the seemingly random stuff that the characters did, effectively nulling half the problems most people had with the show. In short, it really should've been in the show. Luckily, the guy who wrote that manga is now in charge of an Origin-style manga adaption titled New Mobile Report Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz: Glory of the Defeated (Or Glory of the Losers, depending on who's translating). It's supposed to be a more complete adaption of Gundam Wing, though I do hope it changes some of the things that need changing (yet I'm sure the OZ mobile suits will still explode after the slightest attack as if they were filled with nitroglycerin). I don't care if I have to wait another ten years, just so long as an anime adaption happens.
Now that I think about it, I also wanted Berserk and Rurouni Kenshin to get remade, but they're already getting remakes. I guess wishes do come true.
I'm going to take the pessimistic view and say that I don't really want any shows remade. It's almost impossible to recapture the same feel of a show years later.
No remake in the history of remakes has ever been as good as the original. Have you seen what they did to voltron? Not cool at all. Leave the classics alone and get some new ideas.

The Thing, The Fly, The Magnificent Seven, and Scarface were arguably better than their originals (except The Thing where there is no argument that the remake is better). The new Doctor Who is just as good as the old series. The new version of Battlestar Galactica is far better than the original. No sane person can make the case that the Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie was better than the TV series.

I always felt that wasn't the point of a remake. I prefer it when remakes do something different. Sometimes they actually outdo the original when they take that route, and if not, at least I can appreciate it for what it tried to do.
Take the ones I listed. I want them to be different from the original show, because as good as the originals were, they were not as good as they could be. The third season of Rurouni Kenshin was crap; the ending of Berserk was crazy and the show itself only covered part of the Manga; Gundam Wing, as much as I love it, was not the most well-written show in the world, and it was missing some important backround info; Mobile Suit Gundam already has the potential to be better than the original just because it has the budget it needed, and judging from what I've read, The Origins manga already added some interesting elements that some might greatly enjoy. All of those are examples of shows that needed fixing.
And even shows that didn't need fixing, like He-Man and FullMetal Alchemist - I greatly enjoyed the newer He-Man! It wasn't the original, but it had good enough writing that it didn't need to be. Same with FMA (of course, in FMA's case the original was more of the remake/reimagining, while Brotherhood was the faithful adaption. But still, looking at it that way, I enjoyed FMA even if it wasn't as good as it's source material for various reasons).
Oh, and for the record, Voltron sucked. I mean the original Voltron. I don't know when the last time you guys saw it, but I watched it, like, 6 months ago. It was horrible. The dialogue and story were soooo bad, and the characters are soooo stupid. I find it hard to believe that the remake is actually worse, because the original was terrible.
@Kevohki: Well I never said I was sane but I actually liked the Buffy movie more than the TV series. I couldnt stand the TV series, but you cant really count that since that wasnt a remake more of a continuation of the storyline.
@Mickeymac: Ugh I cant stand newer Rurouni Kenshin. The most I saw in that series was up to where he fought that guy that was all wrapped up in bandages cause he was burned. After that I couldnt get into the series.
@Mickeymac Well maybe I was more into Voltron because I was a kid when it was new. Anybody over 25 probably has fond memories of it. Based on your avatar I thought you'd like shows of that nature. Guess not. Anyway the new series is trying to be more ethnic. The intro music is a damn rap/hip hop song and the art style is just atrocious.
Also the He-Man remake was poorly recieved by most who watched it. It didn't have the same energy and excitement of the original. When prince adam pulls out the sword and changes into He-man it looks and sounds 10 times better on the old show. There's a coolness factor that is somehow missing in the newer version.

None. Honestly I'd just think they'd find a way to ruin them all.
However, some of the people involved in the show Spaced have talked about having another season or at least a movie of some sort, but Nick Frost is reluctant. I can understand why, as the show is pretty much perfect as is, but if anyone could make it work it'd be Edgar Wright.
The best strategy in the game: go up stairs and pause balls.
I think remakes are good as long as they try to make it better or improve on the old idea. I mean there are a ton of remakes today. Some I didn't even realize were remakes. Some may be bad or feel bad but then again remember the nostalgia factor.
