@Eagly Thanks! Yeah I did read through the rules first, thats why I didn't post the link directly other than put it in my signiture, as was recomended. Fine line between "Star Wars loving friends on a site I've been using for many years might be interested in hearing me talk about my time working on Star Wars" and "please buy something"... hense why I only linked the interviews. However, still a chnace the mods might decide the balance is wrong, happy to change if needed! I just like to talk about Star Wars with people who love it as much as me
@Eagly Yeah they tend to wait on official dates, I could've sworn when I read some TV news article though I saw that Ahsoka was up next, and filming finished last October, so who knows when...

So really interesting episode, starting out with Bo-Katan and Mando, escaping a MASSIVE amount of Imperial ships, and then segueing into what I feel was a homage to George Lucas' THX 1138, as it follows Dr.Pershing after his exit from the Imperial side after Gideon was captured. He meets fellow Ex-Imperials, and becomes friends with one of them, who we've seen before on Gideon's ship as a Communications officer, or Elia Kane.. Well She starts nudging Pershing to think about his cloning technology again, and it ultimately climaxes with them getting caught in a Junkyard with the technology Pershing needs to start it back up, which is technically illegal to them. I kinda suspected this, and it turns out that Elia has sold Pershing out to the New Republic to have his Mind-Flayed, which is the first time we actually see it in the series. The doctor in charge of the program foolishly leaves Elia alone with the controls, and she turns it up enough to either kill Pershing or at the very least leave him with total amnesia, it leaves it ambigious... and then from there we go back to Mando and Bo-Katan escaping to the planet that Mando's faction is on, and Mando and Bo-Katan re-integrate themselves back into the Faction, and that's where the episode ends.
Solid episode, really enjoyed it even though I saw the twist coming...

Aaaand... another week where I enjoy Mando more than Bad Batch...
I know I keep repeating it, but it's just really odd to me that I'm struggling with Bad Batch...

Watched Andor, Book of Boba Fett and Obi-Wan. I did not like Andor. I watched it till episode 4, and it's just constant gloomy, dark, tension, with no breaks.(well for me anyway.)
I did like Book of Boba Fett and Obi-Wan! Man, I wish there was more!
Has everyone watched the behind the scenes episodes for Mandalorian on Disney+? I had no idea they were filmed like this. Very impressive advancements with effects technology. I'd never seen anything like it before. On disney+ the behind the scenes stuff is in Mandalorian extras, I think?, and called Disney Gallery - there's several episodes showing how they made everything. It's really cool.

Well that's interesting: in an inverse, I actually enjoyed Bad Batch more than Mando this week!
Bad Batch: Good amount of action and plot for me, really enjoyed it and Dr.Hemlock seems like a solid adversary for the team to try and defeat...
Mando: It was okay... I did really enjoy The flashback to Coruscant and Grogu... and Queen Amidala's guards helping that Jedi and Grogu?!? Wasn't expecting that! Edit- Okay, I just found out Ahmed Best played the Jedi in this episode and: WHAT??? I did NOT recognize him until I read that... Awesome!!!
It does seem kinda weird to me though how quickly Bo-Katan is assimilating to Mando's group, but maybe it's for the best??? Dunno........
Oof. The most recent Mandalorian episode production seems poorly slapped together. I hope this was just a hiccup.
@Colonel_MustacheBo-Katan seeing the giant creature(mythosaur) in the depths of the living waters on Mandalore seems to already foreshadow something regarding her future with Mandalorians or the future of Mandalore in general. And her assimilating with Mando's creed seems to maybe imply that seeing the mythosaur was possibly like a religious omen for Bo-Katan. .................If anyone didn't notice, or didn't pause the brief glimpse of the giant creature seen in the depths of the living waters on Mandalore, the creature looks like the horned/tusked creature symbol of Mandalore
@WoomyNNYes I don't think your post breaks any spoiler rules for the first part, I think you're good! And I agree, I thought there were some decent parts but this was the weakest episode for me so far... Hopefully this is the weakest part of the season and it only goes up from here!
I've seen that mentioned and on the one hand sure, it may change her, make her a little more open minded to Mando's creed, but for some reason it feels rushed to me? I know it's an already short season and you can't spend too much time on it, it just feels odd to me though...
