There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.
1. Super Castlevania IV - Dance of the Holy Man. Unfounded Revenge is too much chaotic to enjoy outside the game for me, I´ll go with the more melodious Dance.
2. Metroid Prime - Phendrana Drifts. The DK64 one is good, has a nice melody, but too much of a cliche for spooky stages. Can´t compete with the harmonious piano of Phendrana.

1. Super Castlevania IV- Dance of the holy man. Unfounded revenge is a good song but there a better Mother 3 songs 2. Metroid prime- Phendrana drifts. I don't see how a cliche song like Creppy castle even got into the list, there are many better songs from Donkey Kong games.
