@Professor_Plumber Yep, the Dragon Quest series is handled by Square Enix. It's very possible your hairs were crossed with Capcom/Monster Hunter. I'm a newer DQ fan. I'm gradually playing the mainline DQ games I can access and have also been trying to get my hands on some of the best spinoffs. So far those have been Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime (LOVED this on the DS; fun unique action RPG with rank battles) and my current experience with the Dragon Quest Builders 2 demo. I think I'm nearly convinced to buy the full game lol.

I would watch spy family 100% because it’s just adorable! MHA as I just love the powers and character, even though I think it has a lot of issues, one punch man, chainsaw man definitely, and even though I haven’t watched it yet I hear AOT is amazing! Hunter X hunter is just simply amazing, its story telling is really good! Dragon ball Z, JuJutsu Kaisen! Nichinou Is another amazing one but it’s humor is vary cultural based, example being Santa giving a kid a melon, and I think that’s japans version of coal,

And I know I keep mentioning stuff but just a few more! Love is war, and Komi can’t communicate, now these are a lot so I will just give you my top 3 I love!

HXH for its amazing animation and story! Spy family for its wholesomeness! And Komi can’t communicate for your comedy/romance. These were hard to pick from but if I just had to it would be these, and I’m sure there are anime I’m forgetting! And two honorable mentions, chainsaw man and jujutsu are amazingly animated so I wouldn’t skip these!

And MHA is just a fan pick by me, as like I said I think it has a lot of problems but you might enjoy it! Sorry for if it isn’t organized well lol. Edit: I almost forgot mob psycho, that one is amazing! And it would legit be right, like right next to HXH in the list, the artstyle may not seems great but the animation and story is just so nice! And it finished recently as well.

(Btw if you do check out one punch man just know season 2 did not have the same studio and I gotta say I didn’t watch it, just read the manga instead, but I didn’t hear good things about it, and all the characters, well, let’s just say the the artist loves makes everybody look attractive lol. And is by the some person who wrote mob psycho one, there name is one.

As a country fan, most everything past the early 90’s has been crap.
