I'd never seen a nest of baby rabbits before. Discovered them a week ago, and they were dark gray/almost black, basically hairless. I was surprised how shallow their hole was dug, but apparently that's normal. It is SO tempting to pet them. They just sit there all day & night. You can usually see movement at any time, nudging and twitching, and adjusting their sleeping positions.<3

It's taking a bit of self control to not be like this jackass guy, below. I don't want to mess with their being wild.

Of course the day my cousin is leaving is the day I sleep through my alarm. Why wouldn’t that be the case.

@WoomyNNYes yeah do leave them alone. The mother may not be comfortable with returning to her babies with you around/may give them the cold shoulder if you touch them.

I see no harm in checking in on them from a distance every now and then though!

I have played ACNH since 3 years ago (started on 27 June 2020) and have accumulated 900+ hours gameplay. 😊
