My mom let me read all the letters my dad sent her while he was in prison
Meanie promised he'd come back for me
Though one funny thing that happened was apparantly as a baby I ate paper, and my dad said "That's gotta be your side, remember, we're Mexicans, we eat beans and tortillas, not paper"
Either way, I learned a lot about my father, interesting stuff, now I'm trying to find criminal records cause I dunno why he went to prison for a bit

@TeaCatherine Yes. Unfortunately, his name is Carlos Rivera, which is a name I've heard a gagillion times, so it will be hard to find specifically my fathers criminal record. Still, through the letters I learned quite a bit about him. Thing I find funny is he reffered to me using a few different things

and a few other things I already forgot

Ugh, I found a Carlos Rivera and I was somewhat convinced it was him. First, it said "Hey by the way he has a criminal history" and I'm like "Oh my god yes he does" and then it said "We currently have a warrant out for his arrest" and I went "Yeah, he's got a warrant for not paying child support" and then it said "Hey,uh, this dude might be a terrorist" and I went "Wait hold up he ain't no terrorist" then it said "If you are not 18, this case is very graphic, do not continue" and I'm like "Yeah nope this guy is not my father goodbye"
I still gotta find my father, ahh, this is such a pain, but I really wanna know why he went to prison
