@Professor_Plumber I want to make a "cool video thread" but I can't come up with a good name for it that explains what it is for.

@Professor_Plumber ya, I start it then, it will be a place to share cool videos (like a Ken Block video, RIP) or a cool science video (Mark Rober) or maybe even just chat about a cool thing you saw or have seen.

Reddit posts will also be accepted but since pretty much all of Reddit is going dark on the 12th (of June, 2023) I doubt many folks will share those types of posts.

@Zuljaras hah thanks! I had made a lot more little cacti scattered around. But then painted over them. The paint gets that opaque haha.

Yeah now that you mention it, making them larger would’ve been nice

@blindsquarel I got one of those saved... The one issue is that you need the fans to be in the perfect dead middle, if not your bike starts going forever left (or right).

@Owl1 I'm actually curious whether you can call MK gory, I mean it's so unrealistic that it might as well be teddy bears. I'm not really moved by any kind of VG violence, maybe it's because I have been playing since a tiny kid, maybe it's because I can differentiate between unreal and real violence too well.

I don’t stand a chance against a wombat. Essentially pure muscle, I don’t stand a chance. Instead of a mortal enemy, it will be a mortal beat down.

@blindsquarel combat a wombat with a baseball bat. It'll get easier and weapons are allowed in MK. I remember one guy had a pistol. In a fighting game.

That changes everything. Give me a sniper rifle and I could take on hundreds of wombats.

Wombats don’t climb trees, so I’d just park in one and pick ‘‘em off. Now if it was a one on one fight, I would go with a machine gun.
