Good evening.
Happy Halloween everybody.
Today I play Animal Crossing New Horizons to celebrate Halloween day and here are my two photos from the game.
In the game I became a zombie pirate dude.

IT'S HALLOWEEN EVEN IF THERE'S A 52 PERCENT CHANCE OF RAIN WHERE I LIVE. I'm going as Nezuko Kamado from Demon Slayer.

I learned that I don’t have to do any school today, so that is cool. Hopefully I can get past the forest temple in ocarina of time today. I should be able to, it is only three dungeons and I practically have the game memorized at this point.

No school??? Lucky! I get to sit here in a stuffy Nezuko costume and figure out how to math.

Hope you all have a good Halloween tonight. Been playing Banjo-Kazooie recently, and yesterday I unlocked Mad Monster Mansion - just in time for today! I know what I'm gonna be doing this Halloween. lol

@Sunsy That's a cool Trolls haul you got there. Ah really, that'd be nice to see Sleeping Beauty for yourself after so long. Maleficent is quite the memorable villain, too!

I have two Rosalinas as well, both the Mario and Smash variants. I don't have any Splatoon amiibos, but I may consider getting one if I see them in person. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with how my amiibo collection turned out.

Ah, I see, and that's cool about what your local store was like. It's been some time since I've been to my Toys R Us, long before they closed down. I remember going there a lot as a kid, especially the game section, and that was during the early 2000s. I remember those demo kiosks with all the then-current platforms, and we'd get quite a few games for the GameCube, GBA, and PS2, plus PS1 games. (I miss those days...) I've gotten other stuff too, of course, such as this red bike I had when I was younger.

Yeah, while I try not to use guides/walkthroughs as much these days, I do still have quite a few guides from back in the day. I remember we had the Mario Mania player's guide, which not only covered Super Mario World, but also the history of Mario up to that point. It was a great guide for sure.

@Kermit1 Ouch, sorry to hear about your cat. I've been through that as well, and it's a really depressing experience. May she rest in peace.

@Tyranexx That's a cool owl picture you took! Yeah, plus the GamePad is a relatively large controller compared to the vast majority of others. Ah yeah I've noticed that with the items while playing online at times. At least the whole game doesn't freeze when something goes wrong with the connection, lol.

I have an autism test Zoom meeting today -_- it's not even the actual test, just some stupid thing. I want them to just test me already. They actually will for four hours on the day after my birthday, what a great birthday present from the clinic!

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko I hope your test goes well. I did a test once to see if I had learning disabilities (I do) so the test was very helpful.

@Eel You're welcome! It's really cool you carved your eel into a pumpkin. All I did was a Trolls pumpkin kit I had. I re-use it every year, only having to replace the paint.

@MarioLover92 Yeah, it's cool too since I've been looking for that particular tin for awhile. I already had the Poppy and Delta Dawn ones, so it's nice to have Barb. I also got Prince D awhile back, but didn't open it at the time, I liked the Alice set and the Trolls drink more that day. Cool, IIRC, she also had a live action movie about her. It wasn't Sleeping Beauty, but it was about her. Never saw that movie.

Awesome to hear you got a hold of a Smash Rosalina too! I got the Inkling Boy when I got the game, then the Inkling Girl a few weeks later, and I eventually got the Marie and Callie ones. I don't think I've gotten any of the Splatoon 2 ones. Same here, with the whole Toys To Life thing, I just went with ones I wanted. Amiibo, Disney Infinity, Lego Dimensions, and Skylanders (yes, I have both Bowser and DK Skylanders/amiibo combo).

I still went to Toys R Us, mostly for character stuff like My Little Pony, but I do remember seeing the Trolls next to the MLP stuff in the final year. I miss them, they always had stuff that Walmart and Target just didn't have. Their game section always had a wide selection of games, once again, more than the department stores. I remember the early 2000's too, I got to try a Neo Geo Pocket Color there, it was Sonic Pocket Adventure. Good stuff.

It varies with me. Recently for Halloween, I've been playing the classic DOS game Monster Bash. I like it so far, though I had to use the included hint sheet for some tips, as well as the lives code included on that sheet (FWIW, the HD remake has unlimited lives anyway). It's a single player game, and I just got it for some Halloween fun since it was on sale on GOG.

@Eagly The first live action one. We put it on while we put together the haunted gingerbread house (which was chocolate, orange frosting, and Halloween sprinkles).

My term ended last week and my online school always gives the day after the end of the term off. And the one class I have in person is tomorrow. Good luck on your math and the test.

Not really, thanks to my pain meds I slept until 2:30PM. I think later I'm going to watch Monty Python's Flying Circus and eat what little candy we have in our house.

Nothing wrong with sleeping in, sounds like a good night ( I am very anti social, as you can probably tell). All I’m doing is practicing for my rodeo this weekend, and watching Monday night football.

@blindsquarel What team do you watch? I'm asking because most of the teams I've rooted for have turned out pretty well (though I can't remember their names lol).

Arizona Cardinals. They are, to say the least, not great. But I got into the sport in one of the few years they were good, so that and the fact my dad is from arizona, made them my team of choice. BYU’s my college team, but they aren’t much better. Are you interested in any sports?

@blindsquarel I've tried but I almost always just end up watching a movie about sports then sports themselves lol (So, yes I do just not live).

I like Football USA and Baseball (and this might hurt me being a Canadian but I'm not a hockey fan...), my teams are Blue Jays for baseball and I forgot my football USA team lol.

I’ve started to just have games going on in the background while I play video games or something like that. Mostly because my teams suck and it isn’t worth getting mad over it.

In fact, yesterday I didn’t really watch the cardinals game. I spent most of it finishing up everything I needed to do with my 3ds and getting mods on it.
