Most difficult feat in video games? - General Discussion Forum

Posting over in the "I've never..." thread and reading how people have never accomplished (fill in the blank) in video games got me wondering: What is the most difficult accomplishment in all of video games? Something so hard that only a select, gifted (or lucky) few have ever done it? So, in the words of the immortal Scott Hall, "it's survey time"! What do you think is the rarest, most hard-to-accomplish feat in games? I'm tempted to say finishing a Contra game on hardest difficulty, but I have to go with getting a Pink Tail drop from Flan Princesses in the SNES Easy Type version of Final Fantasy IV (Final Fantasy II USA). Odds of ever getting one on that version must be lottery odds. Chances are your FF II cart, your SNES, or YOU YOURSELF won't survive long enough to ever get one (I haven't LOL). Well, what about you guys?

After playing Earthworm Jim on the VC I will have to add getting anywhere in that game. Seriously, I beat Ghosts N Goblins twice to get the true ending, but Earthworm Jim is kicking my butt. I suppose I just need to play it more to get used to it, but the game seems to be difficult because of it's poor controls.

Finishing Perfect Run on Super Mario Galaxy 2, getting every trophy in Brawl and 200% completion in Donkey Kong Country Returns. After playing Wonder Boy in Monster Land the other day, I'd like to see someone beat it first try!
