I thought this would be an interesting idea for a "concept" thread: comments that get moderated for simply being "off topic" are presumably fine in another context. so, here's the context! post your "off topic" comments here! ✌️maybe they will become the conversation starters they were meant to be in their original home. 😊 (please, no comments that were moderated for any other reason! just the suggestion has me doubting if I've had "real" bleu cheese either 😂

seriously though, gorgonzola is like super bleu cheese, it is great.

also aged gouda is amazing. rembrandt is a good label.
