The Beetle is the worst thing about Smash 4. I have lost two rounds of Crazy Orders in a row because a CPU throws it at me when I'm busy with other CPUs and not paying attention. If your over 50%, you're going to die, no questions asked, and in a game mode which rewards playing at high percentages, it is just extremely unfair and unbalanced.
Well, after being slapped with fines, they had to change it something else quick. But, it's a little odd, admittedly.

Back in my day I couldn't even use that word in English class without getting reprimanded. Now it's the most frequently used word on the largest downloading service in the world. Seems so out of place and weird.
I just started up Metroid Prime 2 today, and I'm starting to realize why I prefer the 2D games a bit more. There's just too much clutter!

Finally, For being rare to find in a local gamestop and a couple extra bucks, I took it upon myself to buy The World Ends With You on the DS though it may have cost me getting Mario Kart 7 and/or Smash 3ds for christmas since mom told me that I've just brought the game

I feel your pain - that's what I had to do for nearly 2 weeks. I finally got my car back today.
But speaking of disappointments... my dad got haemorrhage which caused a stroke. Thank God he didn't get paralyzed. My mom said that when she visited him in the hospital (I can't even visit him. I have to work, because I must do it for us all, and also the pressure is making me feel even worse) she said that he doesn't look good or healthy at all. He didn't get that much better, and the worst part of it is he wants to get out of the hospital on demand and there is no way to stop him in the hospital so they can help him.
Finally got the super rad t-shirt I ordered online after it getting here 10 days late, just to find they printed it wrong and it looks terrible. Single tear

So I got a call from the mechanic that I took my car into and yeah my car is dead. Apparently something in the engine blew and now I need a whole new engine, which of course I don't have the money for. Looks like I will be a bus rider again for awhile.

Sorry to hear that Tasuki. As a bus rider, I know that it can quite difficult to get around without a car, even if you live in a city. At least it's cheaper, so you'll hopefully be able to save up for a new one sooner than later (Hopefully. I do recall you saying you had financial issues, though).
As for me, my break wasn't too bad. I didn't get as much done as I wanted, but I got a lot more done than I usually do. Not a win, but not a loss. I can do better, though. I have to...
I have a cold. At least, I think it is. It doesn't seem to be the flu, and I'm positive it isn't strep.
It's so close to Christmas....
And it isn't one of those coughing/sneezing colds either. No, it's a fever with a sore throat with swallowing sometimes being so painful it makes you want to cry.

It's entirely possible that my once-thought cold could actually be strep. At least the fever's gone, but it hurts so much to eat now....Hopefully, I can get in to the doctor tomorrow. It's a university clinic, so maybe I can get in early because the semester's over.

My cat either has hip dysplasia, or she's dislocated her hip. I'm not sure yet. I'm calling the vet tomorrow. It's really hard to watch this. She's almost 18 years old, and I really don't know what's going to happen here.
Carrying her to her food, carrying her to the litter box and then carrying her back to the couch. I can't do this all the time.
