I'm really excited to finally play a Kirby game on the 3DS!
I prom-posed to a girl with imported romance-chocolates. She said, "I'll think about it."
She then accepted some super-short-haired guy without a second thought.
I am now sitting in my room eating delicious Hawaiian chocolate. While crying.
D: @AnActualDash that sounds terrible! Good on your for having the courage to ask her though! Prom is actually a lot of fun, regardless of whether you're going with the girl you like or not. Just go with friends, don't think too much about the girl and have a good time. After all, schools hold them for the students to have fun, not for them to show off their relationships
While I'm here, today my friends told me that my holidays were sad because I hadn't left the house in a long time. I guess they were right. They also said that i was radiating more sadness than usual. I wasn't even aware that I radiated sadness to begin with D:

@AnActualDash oh man I am sorry to hear that. Something similar happened to me not to long ago: I asked out this girl I really liked and she said she just wanted to be friends. However, one of the was that she confessed her love to one of my closest friends! So yah. I learned to not dwell on this kind of stuff because it happens.
@AnActualDash - I saw your post at the KI:U SpotPass Thread. I'm sorry to hear what you went through but I say don't think too much of it. You know what they say about there being plenty of fish in the sea. Besides, Proms are generally just for fun; I remember just hanging with friends for the last time at the Secondary School Prom I went to and when the dancing started, I was just chilling by the bar (only fizzy drinks!). So forget the girl, just have fun and know you'll always have your friends.
And like @Mickey said, you have us here on NL too! So, don't worry...

Boy, is my day rotten like a bunch of stale cheese. Practically almost ever single person at my school received roses, candy, songs, etc. But what did I get? Nothing! Wow, that sucks. And not only that, but once I asked out a girl, she called me names and all her friends with her laughed their donkeys off!
It's times like this, where I don't care about anything anymore.
