Topic: Disappointment of the Day

I asked my Dad to get a Wii U for me if he can and I waited for about ten days. I wanted to feel the gamepad and enjoy 3D world. Then my dad arrived but its empty handed. No Wii U. He didn't even tell me why he couldn't get it and when I was trying to look at his bag, he saw me and said "What?" Like he forgot about my message. Really disappointing

Oh well there's always next year........

I'm all hurt after moving yesterday.... why must furniture be so heavy and hard to hold!?!?!??!?!?!?!

You don't need any hypnotism or hocus pocus to help you, you just need to be confident in who you are as a person. I struggled with that myself, and over the past year I've gotten a lot better. You just have to love yourself and accept that you can't and shouldn't try to be someone else.

I had to go to a movie this morning, so I decided to play a little Ni no Kuni before we went. After about an hour of play, I got hit with a surprise boss fight out of nowhere. I was 30 seconds away from beating the boss when we had to go, but I was getting yelled at so I paused it and let it sit while we went to the movies. I knew that the PS3 would shut down on its own if left alone too long, but there was nothing I could do but hope we'd get back before that happened. The movie sucked and was too long, and the PS3 shut down long before we got back.

FML...

So on my 3DS Friends List, there's two people whose messages say "I wanna die"... this slightly concerns me... and I have no way or asking them what's wrong or anything... all I know is that they apparently "wanna die" for some reason, and this makes me sad...

Oh boy did I learn the hard way to not run as fast as I can when the air is below freezing. OW MY LUNGS!

I applied to Rite-Aid yesterday, and now I got an email saying my application is incomplete and it's not accepting my password...

I can't wait for Christmas day. This thread is going to be full of disappointment.

Well a last minute Christmas gift that I ordered online for some doesn't look like it will arrive in time for Christmas. I was suppose to arrive by 3pm PST today cause I even payed extra for the quick shipping. But when I check on the tracking for the package I get "An exception in the sorting process has occurred. UPS has taken corrective action." at 10 AM this morning.

So now its 4PM and no package. I am guessing I will probably get it on Thursday. Now the biggest pain I am going to have to deal with is UPS refunding my shipping money cause I will be darned that I have to pay the extra shipping and have to wait till after Christmas for the package, after all that's why I paid the extra shipping.

^There's still time.. I think they deliver up to 7pm. It seems like I've had that message before when I had something shipped by UPS and I still received it that day. Not to give you false hope, maybe you'll still get your package.

Well that's good to know, I hope that it does come cause I really dont want to have to fight them to get a refund.

Tomorrow is going to be the most boring Christmas day in my life (so far). Most of my family won't come in till Friday, so we won't do anything for two extra days.

Well an update on my package problem. So apparently UPS fixed the problem it had with sending my package problem is I wont be getting it till the day after Christmas, which is not cool cause it was a Christmas gift for someone. As I said in a post above I paid extra to make sure I would get it before Christmas day.

So it looks like I will be calling UPS to get a refund on my shipping charge. Somehow I have the feeling that I will be on the phone for awhile come Thursday.

Every Christmas Eve I get on YouTube to watch the Garfield & Ranma 1/2 Christmas specials, but this year, YouTube (at least the 360 app) decided to crash halfway through Garfield, and it's now saying "YouTube is currently unavailable".

Of all the nights for it to act up...

@RR529: I think it might be your connection. I have been watching a Roham Mythril playthrough for the the past 3 hours on my 360 and have not had any problems at all.

Well, I didn't get ALBW. In fact, I'm the only one in my family who didn't get any sort of "fun" gift whatsoever...

This year was exactly like last year, I didn't get any present(s) which are always things I cherish and use for years and years to come but the time spent with my family overshadows it. The worst part is my parents have stopped buying video games ever since December 2011and they were serious. Ever since they said it was the last ever video game handheld/console/game I'd ever receive, I've had trouble choosing other things since I've pretty much got somethings that I already have (could have got a Wii U, but, as aforementioned, no chance.)

It is much, much better to receive nothing at all than to receive something you don't want.

I found coal in my stocking!
